What is Family Therapy?
Families are our first experience of relationship—and sometimes, our most complex.
In family therapy, I help you slow down and look at the patterns that may be causing tension, disconnection, or emotional strain between you and the people closest to you. Whether it’s parent-child conflict, sibling tension, generational differences, or blended family dynamics, we create a space where each voice can be heard and understood.
HOW I CAN HELP
Family therapy for families seeking understanding, harmony, and stronger connections.
I approach family work with the belief that every member brings their own story, attachment style, and way of protecting themselves—and often, those stories bump up against each other in ways that cause pain. Together, we’ll explore what’s underneath those interactions, not to place blame, but to build clarity, compassion, and new ways of connecting.
Using a combination of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Narrative Therapy, I help families move from reactive cycles into more intentional, caring ones—where boundaries can be respected, emotions can be expressed, and healing can begin.
Family therapy isn’t about “fixing” one person. It’s about understanding the dance we’re all in—and learning how to move differently, together.
