Therapy is a safe, supportive space where you can bring whatever feels most important—at your own pace. You’ll never be pushed to share more than you’re comfortable with, but exploring your experiences (past and present) can help me better understand how to support you.
Our first sessions will be about building connection and trust. I’ll listen to your story, learn about your current challenges, and understand your hopes for therapy. From there, each session is shaped around you—whether we’re talking about relationships, stress, life changes, family patterns, self-esteem, identity, or anything else on your heart.
My approach is flexible and collaborative, combining compassion, curiosity, and honest insight to help you gain clarity, heal, and make lasting changes that align with the life you want to live.
Yes! I provide a hybrid option so you can choose what works best for you. In-person sessions are available on Wednesdays from 11am–5pm at my office
If you’d like more flexibility, I also offer virtual sessions via a secure, confidential video platform. Phone sessions can be arranged upon request, depending on your preferences and needs.
In the beginning, I usually suggest meeting weekly or every other week to create a strong foundation and build momentum toward your goals. Over time, we can adjust the frequency based on your progress and needs—some clients gradually space sessions farther apart, while others book as needed.
There’s no set timeline for therapy. I’m here to support you for as long as it’s helpful, whether that’s for a shorter period or through a longer-term therapeutic relationship. Many clients also return during new life transitions or challenges, and that’s completely okay.
